The Red Tree is an exhibition of original and new artwork at Beinart Gallery in Melbourne, May 3 - 24, 2026, marking 25 years since this much-discussed picture book was first published. It includes original oil paintings, some preliminary notes and sketches to give an insight into the book’s development, and some new drawings and paintings that revisit other unseen Red Tree concepts I’ve drawn over the years.
